You can't tell a book by its cover,
but you can SELL a book by its cover!
This is so very true. Cover Design is a critical element in book design. Whether you are self-publishing or having a commercial publisher do it for you, you, as an author still need to understand the elements that go into a good cover. Many misconceptions and urban legends abound about cover design. These myths will be dispelled at the Rocky Mountain Writer's Summit and you will learn the 4 important elements of a good cover design, a bit of color theory, conceptualization techniques and what you can do as an author to make your book's cover designer's job easier, more effective and probably more cost effective as well.
There will be one cover designer presenting at the Rocky Mountain Writer's Summit and this graphic artist will be there to answer your questions and give you valuable insight into the cover design needs for your project.
Common Book Cover Design Questions / Considerations
